At 11:00 a guided tour to the Muiño do Anxo (a water mill), situated in the Arenteiro ethnographic park, where you can learn about how the mill works, and the flora and fauna of the river Arenteiro. In the evening, you can enjoy a circuit of thermal treatments, all set in a natural environment, including water, stone and energy therapy. The session lasts 1and a half hours and is set in a Japanese style environment. The last day starts off with a traditional breakfast. At 11:30 there is a guided tour of the Monastery of Santa Maria La Real de Oseira, which will be led by the monks that live there. Here you can listen to the Gregorian chanting of the monks.
